Orders within the UK

Clicking the 'Calculate Shipping Cost' tab on each product page will give you the shipping cost for that item delivered to the UK Mainland. 

Shipping is more efficient when multiple items are making up an order.

Any specific requirements regarding the delivery can be added to the 'Special Instructions' box at checkout. We are incredibly flexible so tell us your requirements and we'll do everything we can to help.

Delivery Only:

Normal deliveries are Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm. Saturday deliveries can be arranged at a small additional charge.

All deliveries require a signature. Please check the delivery carefully and if the packaging looks to be damaged in any way please mark the delivery as 'Damaged' when signing. If in any doubt please mark the consignment as 'Damaged'.

Some large machines will be delivered on pallets, please be aware that the driver will offload the pallet but you will need to remove and carry the machine into the building. All our machines will fit through a standard doorway and we are always here to help with advise on dismantling/re-assembling machines (it's very easy!!)

Delivery/Installation:

You may chose to have Delivery and Installation in which case Watson Gym installers will delivery on a day and time to suit you, instal and fully commission the equipment for you. Please call us for a quote regarding this service.
