Orders Outside the UK

We ship our equipment Worldwide with regular orders being shipped all over Europe, the US, Canada  and Australia.

When you place an order on our website you will automatically be charged the UK shipping rate. We will then email you with the additional shipping cost which once you confirm you are happy with, we can go ahead and process your order. Alternatively call or email us before placing your order to get a shipping quote.

Shipping rates are a lot less than you might expect, for example:

• France - 24 GBP
• Greece - 35 GBP
• USA - 58 GBP
• Canada - 72 GBP
• Australia - 89 GBP

Shipping is more efficient when multiple items are making up an order. Contact us with the equipment of interest and your address and we'll send you a shipping quote.

Normal deliveries are Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm.

All deliveries require a signature. Please check the delivery carefully and if the packaging looks to be damaged in any way please mark the delivery as 'Damaged' when signing. If in any doubt please mark the consignment as 'Damaged'.

Some large machines will be delivered on pallets, please be aware that the driver will offload the pallet but you will need to remove and carry the machine into the building. All our machines will fit through a standard doorway and we are always here to help with advise on dismantling/re-assembling machines (it's very easy!!)
