If items are being delivered by our own installers (usually larger items) we will always be able to confirm the delivery day and also a fairly accurate idea of deliery time.
For goods delivered via a third party courier we can usually confirm a specific day but this cannot be guaranteed. Watson Gym Equipment cannot entertain any claim for compensation arising from late delivery due to a third party carrier.
