The Watson Pushing Sled (or Prowler) allows pushing from a variety of different heights and angles.
Sled pushing/Pulling is becoming more and more popular as people are beginning to realise the huge benefits that come from this type of training.
The Watson Pushing Sled can be pushed from the rear plate loading posts, one the two front horizontal bars or pulled with straps/rope etc via one of the 3 front eyes.
As always, the Watson Pushing Sled is extremely heavy duty and will handle a lifetime of intense workouts.
