The Watson CounterBalanced Smith Machine is built around Thomson Linear Bearings that are the Smoothest, Quietest and Heaviest Duty Bearings available.

As well as the Linear Bearing system for the vertical movement, the Bar rotates on 4x 30mm Roller Bearings making it very easy to lock off even when fully loaded.

Counter Balance Weights reduce the weight of the Bar from 25kg to 3kg making this the perfect machine for Beginners/Females etc. (not saying all females need a counterbalanced bar!!)

Built from 100x50mm and 70x70mm Box section Steel, the Watson Smith Machine is designed and built to take years of heavy use and abuse and still feel silky smooth to use!

Fully welded Lock Pins instead of bolted reduce maintenance and increase safety.
