Watson Power Rack with Lifting Platform.
The Watson Power Rack allows you to train as heavy as you like using free weights in complete safety. In addition, the built in Lifting Platform gives you the perfect base to work from inside the Rack and the versatility of the full Watson Lifting Platform out side of the Rack.
Extremely solid construction gives you the confidence to train to your limit and when you reach failure, simply drop the bar onto the 30mm solid, high tensile steel, zinc plated safety bars.
The Watson Power Rack and Lifting Platform comes complete with Safety Bars, Lift Off Hooks, 25mm diameter Chinning Bar and a list of additional 'add ons' (see above). The optional 'Dual Chinning Bars' offer both 25mm and 50mm diameter Chinning Bars which are great for Grip training.
The Safety Bars and Lift Off Hooks are zinc plated so they will stay looking good for years.

Important: Things to check for when buying a Power Rack:
- How versatile is it? Can Pull Ups/Dips etc be performed in it?
- Is it built in the UK using quality materials or is it imported from the Far East?
- Does it have a capacity of at least twice the weight likely to be used in it? (Loads increase massively when weights are dropped even from a small height).
- Does it have a long structural warranty and is the company you are buying from likely to still be around next year if you have problems?
We suggest you always try a Power Rack before you buy it, some look great in pictures but are a huge dissapointment when they arrive.
