The Watson Adjustable Bench is a very solid, fully adjustable bench that is great for all forms of Barbell and Dumbell pressing whether used on it's own, with Power Stands or in a Power Rack.

Now with new 3 position seat!!

This bench was designed and built to handle the most intense, heavy workouts. With a capacity of over 800kg, the Watson Adjustable Bench will handle anything you throw at it.

The back rest adjusts from an 8' decline to flat then up to 80' with 8 adjustments in between. The Seat on the Watson Adjustable Bench now has a new 3 position laser cut adjuster.

We have managed to design the Watson Adjustable Bench nice and low at 480mm to the top of the upholstery. This helps keep the back flat on the bench and gives the user a very grounded, solid feeling.

We can supply the Watson Adjustable Bench with wheels and handle if required (see tick box above).
