Legacy Dumbbells have a Knurled 33mm handles that is hydraulically pressed to form a fishtail at both ends, the molten iron is then cast over these ends to form a virtual 'One Peice' Dumbbell that will never become loose.

Each Dumbbell has a 'flat spot' to stop them rolling too far when not in use.
